The 600 square foot Sun Ray Library addition/remodel project involved a new entry tower that better defined the entrance to the library and modification to the parameter concrete frame to improve the library layout.
Clark Engineering worked closely with LSE Design and other project partners to update the existing 1970’s library for the changing needs of the users and community.
Clark Engineering provided surveying, civil engineering and structural engineering services for the Sun Ray Library Renovation and Remodel.
To meet the code requirements of the City of St. Paul and the St. Paul Sustainable Building Policy, and overlay requirements, Clark designed the following:
• Underground chamber system
• Two bio-filtration basins
• Two infiltration areas
• Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP)
