Presbyterian Homes need to replace existing campus housing at their site in Arden Hills. Clark’s engineers worked closely with the design team and the staff at Presbyterian Homes to create a multi-phase, comprehensive plan for the new campus that not only built a new facility but also allowed current residents to remain in their homes on-site during construction.
