Marketplace & Main Apartments is a 4-story, multi-family housing complex with one level of underground parking in downtown Hopkins.
Parking extends under the courtyard and parking spaces were also maximized outdoor over the lower level ramp. The construction featured precast on the first floor retail level with wood construction above tight, all on a urban site.
