Located at Diamond Lake in Rogers, MN, the Liberty Industrial Park Warehouse/Office Building (#2) boasts a complimentary balance of glass and colored entrances to break up the architectural precast exterior.  The structure features 227,000 square feet at 886’x 262’ with 32’ clear height, 54’x40’ column spacing and a 60’ deep column-free speed bay along with energy efficient lighting and heating.  The warehouse offers 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors and clear story windows for natural lighting.  The space needs, building features and design were a collaborative approach between the developer and the design team to adequately provide for the market’s need for industrial, warehouse and office space.  The Liberty Industrial Park has a masterplan to include three buildings on the 55-acre parcel.  Clark Engineering with Edward Farr Architects has completed two of the three buildings.
