Clark assisted in the creation of a new trailhead along the Rice Creek North Regional Trail. Civil components of the new facility included a site access roadway, vehicle parking, trail connections, turf trail to Rice Creek for canoe/kayak landing, infiltration basin, sewer and water service for new restroom buildings, and retaining walls.
