The first phase of this new school campus in Forest Lake, Minnesota included an expandable 1-story facility for fourth through sixth grade students, new parking lot, bus loop and athletic fields.
Clark’s engineers worked closely with the design team, contractor, and the staff at Lake International to create a new campus that not only accommodated the current needs, but will easily allow for future expansion and growth. Land surveying, structural design, civil design, stormwater calculations, watershed district permitting, and city approvals were a part of this project.
