The Keeler Apartments were a very unique project in that an existing church was torn down on the campus of the University of Minnesota and a student apartment building was constructed that included room on the ground level for this church group.

The building has five stories in addition to an underground parking area. The main level and the second floor level have a precast plank and beam framing system, above the second floor the structure is wood framing. At the top of the apartment is a unique steel "crown" feature.

The site design was complicated by a very small and tight site while creating a driveway down to the underground parking.
