The City of Irene saw the need for a local water and wastewater renovation, and they looked to Clark for engineering consulting and design services.
Our first step was to secure funds through the Small Community Planning Grant, funded by the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources (SDDENR). After the funds were received from the State, we proceeded in performing a water and wastewater study throughout the City of Irene and appropriate design. All the effort paved the way for Clark Engineering’s team to oversee the construction and replacement of the entire system.
Our team ensured quality service and communication with the client throughout the entire project, keeping the City’s budget, timeline, and priorities at the forefront. The end result was an updated and cost-effective system, ensuring long-term savings and sustainability for the small, yet thriving community.
