Vanessa Victor is a civil engineer with 10 years of engineering experience. Ms. Victor offers structural engineering expertise in planning, design, rehabilitation and construction of bridges and roadways for government and private entities. Her structural engineering training and analysis abilities include steel, concrete, post-tension and pre-stressed concrete, timber, masonry and seismic analysis. Ms. Victor is also proficient in municipal facilities design including water and wastewater systems, storm water systems and site design along with the associated financial planning and permitting assistance. As Office Manager, Vanessa is in charge of operations in Clark’s Watertown office.
