Louie O’Donnell has over forty years of experience with Clark Engineering in all aspects of surveying, including engineering design surveys, ALTA surveys/ACSM land title surveys, tower surveys, conservation easement surveys, legal and topographic surveys, railroad bridge surveys, flood plain surveys, mortgage surveys and construction staking. Louie continues to provide a vast knowledge base and understanding of surveying for work completed in Clark Engineering’s Aberdeen office.
