Kevin Goff is an award-winning civil engineer with over twenty years of experience on a broad range of projects. He offers expertise in the planning, analysis, design, and construction of municipal and transportation facilities including bridges, roadways, airports, water and wastewater systems, storm water systems, parks, land acquisition, and project funding. Mr. Goff is also proficient with watershed/floodplain management, agricultural facilities, land development and civil site design. As Regional Manager, Kevin oversees operations in all of Clark’s South Dakota offices.
