Dr. Kazem Oskoui's tenures from the Univeristy of Edinburgh and the U.S. Department of Agriculture bring over 30 years of experience to Clark's activities in wastewater analysis, design, reclamation and re-use, bioreactors/biodigesters, waste to energy gasification, and other services. Dr. Oskoui's extensive experience provides unique approaches to each resource recovery and energy challenge.
