John Desens has been involved in the design and construction of a variety of civil engineering projects in his 20 plus years of experience. He has experience in site development, urban street reconstruction, water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, ponds, private development, municipal and county work, and related projected with the SDDENR and SDDOT. John’s responsibilities have included the preparation of facility plans, preliminary engineering reports, preparing construction plans and specifications, bidding documents, attending bid openings, client meetings, conducting pre-construction meetings, construction observation and project administration for projects.
