Doug Fell is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of structural engineering experience. His analysis and design expertise include steel, concrete, post-tension and pre-stressed concrete, timber, and masonry structures. He has extensive training and experience in structural evaluations and emergency response projects. Mr. Fell currently oversees the emergency response protocols for Clark involving structural engineering and applications of laser scanning debris fields.
