Dave Burwitz is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience on a broad range of municipal, state, and county projects in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Mr. Burwitz offers expertise for public and private sectors in project planning, analysis, design, and construction of infrastructure facilities including funding, bridges, roadways, airports, bike trails, water/wastewater systems, storm water systems, and parks facilities. Mr. Burwitz is LEED certified and utilizes this knowledgeable for the design of “green” building projects. As Office Manager, Dave is in charge of operations in Clark's Sioux Falls office.
